We work collaboratively to develop a shared understanding of your unique situation. Together we will set specific, measurable goals for our work together.

Using bespoke mental health strategies, self-esteem tools and self-awareness techniques we focus on building confidence, resilience and purpose in a way that resonates with you.

3. growth

Using the bespoke tool-box we have developed together, we focus on using your toolbox in every-day life to empower you to look after your own mental health, for life.


the teen programme

COST - £2,500

The programme is for teenagers and young adults. Over 12-16 weeks I work alongside you to create meaningful, lasting change. Things I can help with include anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, worry, exam stress, motivation, relationships & emotional regulation.

We look at where you are in your life right now, set very specific goals and work collaboratively to achieve these goals. Our work together will leave you feeling more confident and resilient with greater self-esteem.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

2 assessment sessions

12, one hour 1:1 zoom or in person weekly sessions

2 parent sessions at the beginning and end of the programme

A bespoke toolbox of tools and strategies

Additional sessions with family members or wider support network £150 per session (only available for existing clients).

the parent programme

COST - £1,200

The parent programme is to give you the tools and strategies to support your child at home.   Following an initial assessment session, I design a bespoke, 6 week plan.  This programme works well for supporting anxiety, building confidence & resilience and encouraging positive relationships both within the family and wider network.
